Our Refund Policy

At Chakiboo, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return our products to us for a full refund or an exchange  within 45 days of placing your order. Please contact us within 45 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number and follow the Refund and Guaranteed Fit Return Process below. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

Guaranteed Fit

As noted above, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a Guaranteed Fit. If you feel they don’t fit the way you like, please contact us within 45 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number and follow the Refund and Guaranteed Fit Return Process below. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

1-Year-Knee Guarantee

At Chakiboo, Inc., we stand up for our knees.  If your child wears through both layers of either or both knees within one year of purchase, let us know.  We will be happy to exchange that pair of joggers for a same-size pair.  Please contact us within one year of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number and follow the 1-Year-Knee Guarantee Return Process below.  We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

Refund and Guaranteed Fit Return Process

Once a return is authorized, we will send you a return shipping label. You must mail the return within 14 days from when we send you the return shipping label.
