Our Refund Policy

At Chakiboo, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return our products to us for a full refund or an exchange  within 45 days of placing your order. Please contact us within 45 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number and follow the Refund and Guaranteed Fit Return Process below. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

Guaranteed Fit

As noted above, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a Guaranteed Fit. If you feel they don’t fit the way you like, please contact us within 45 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number and follow the Refund and Guaranteed Fit Return Process below. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

Refund and Guaranteed Fit Return Process

Once a return is authorized, we will send you a return shipping label. You must mail the return within 14 days from when we send you the return shipping label.

Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. When we receive the item, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment or exchange, as applicable.

6-Month Knee Guarantee

At Chakiboo™, we stand behind our jogger knees. If your child wears through both knee layers of a pair of RenewaKnee™ joggers within six months of purchase, let us know and we will replace that pair with a fresh pair in the same color and size.

Please contact us within six months of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number, then follow the 6-Month Knee Guarantee Return Process below. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

A few details:
- The guarantee covers one replacement per pair purchased. The replacement pair is not separately covered under the guarantee.
- Replacements are sent in the same color and size. If that color and size is no longer available, you may choose the same size in another available color, store credit for the amount you paid, or to wait until your color and size is back in stock.
- Return shipping for 6-Month Knee Guarantee exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
- This guarantee applies to RenewaKnee™ joggers only.
